You can return goods purchased for any reason within 30 days from the date you received the goods. Any shipping costs incurred in returning products is the buyers responsibility.

All goods you wish to return should be notified to us by e mail prior to you sending them back to us. 

Cancellation of bird table orders before dispatch will be refunded in full including the carriage charges.

Slight variation in design may occur due to unforeseen  circumstances or variations in available parts, Amber Valley Joinery reserve the right to make alterations to design without prior notification.
